Amazing Grapes

For over thirty years, Hermann-Grima + Gallier Historic Houses has celebrated Amazing Grapes as a premiere New Orleans event to support museum educational programming for youth and adults. This quintessential French Quarter evening takes place in the historic courtyard of the Hermann-Grima house built in 1831. Guests take in the architecture and history of the original open-hearth kitchen, wine storage room, gardens, and more of this 19th-century property. Amazing Grapes features local music, spirits, and food while an exciting silent auction takes place. Thanks to generous community support, we can sustain immersive learning and dynamic museum education through Amazing Grapes.

Historic Houses Society

Every fall Hermann-Grima + Gallier Historic Houses honors our most generous supporters with a reception and dinner at a local historic home celebrating the Circle Level members of the Historic Houses Society.  Joining the Historic Houses Society ensures the continued vitality of our organization and supports our mission of preserving New Orleans’ architectural and cultural heritage for future generations. It also funds our growing array of important exhibitions and educational programming at our National Historic Landmark properties.

Please visit our Membership page to learn about the benefits of a Historic Houses Circle Membership and we hope to see you at the Gala in the fall!
